Private by design
Readtinue does not sell, rent, or share your data, and there's no company server holding your library. When you save a link, only that URL is sent to the parsing service to fetch a readable copy — no article content is kept, and only the site's hostname is logged for diagnostics. Sync is optional and stores your library in your Google Drive.

Is Readtinue free?
Yes. There are no ads and no subscription.
Do you see what I save or read?
No. Your library is stored on your device (and, if you enable sync, in your own Google Drive). The parsing service only receives the URL you save and logs just the site's hostname — never the full URL, the content, or your identity.
How does sync work?
It's optional. If you sign in with Google, Readtinue keeps a copy of your library in a hidden folder inside your own Google Drive, so it stays in sync across your devices. The app can only access the folder it creates — nothing else in your Drive. There's no server in between.
Which devices are supported?
Android phones and tablets.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Saving a link needs a connection to fetch the article, but once saved it's on your device and reads offline.

The source is on GitHub. Questions and issues are welcome there.
