This notice explains how this website (readtinue.open-it-solutions.eu) handles personal data. It is separate from the Readtinue app's Privacy Policy, which covers the app itself.

Hosting & server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical access data — including your IP address, browser/user-agent and the page requested. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in serving the site securely and reliably).

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking or advertising of any kind.

Waitlist

If you submit the waitlist form, we store the email address you enter, together with a source label and a timestamp, in order to invite you to test Readtinue (early access) and to notify you when it launches publicly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given by submitting the form).

• The data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a European region), with Cloudflare as our processor.
• We do not share it with anyone and do not use it for anything other than the launch notification.
• Retention: until Readtinue has launched publicly and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

International data transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and may process data there. Such transfers are covered by Cloudflare's EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; where possible, data is processed in EU regions. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that already took place). To exercise any of these — including deleting your waitlist entry — just email info@open-it-solutions.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
